I received a scribd gift card for * months and I cannot get it to work. I entered the gift card number in and it took me to the website and I created an account but it does not show that there is any money in there and it keeps saying I need to put in payment information.

GetHuman4169263 did not yet indicate what Scribd should do to make this right.
