I have called today to explain you are increasing my direct debit for a one bedroom flat from ** pm to *** pm this is because you are estimating my consumption which is too much I have tried to put my actual meter readings in the website but my current account is not coming up my old account which is posed is coming up so my actual acc no is *********** hx* *HD your assistant said he could not put the meter read I vs in as my acct is on hold and it may take a week for your back office to ring me backsliding thought I would e-mail Lso *Rate * ******Rate * ******Rate * ******Original readings on day moved in ** * ***Rate * ******Rate * ******Rate * ******But I didnotread these so could you email me correct pricing for what I have used *J Goodall
