I believe i signed up for scentbird with my facebook for convenience, i have tried to sign in with my facebook on the scentbird app and push the blue facebook button above the google account option and it looks like it is going to go but then nothing. I tried the google sign in option but and it goes through but says i have nothing setup, like order history or payment info setup. I tried typing my email associated with my facebook which is also the email associated with my google account and it goes through and says the same thing that nothing is setup. I tried my yahoo account email same thing, that nothing is setup. I have been with you guys for at least * months and have not had any problems before, i would like to keep my subscription but if i am being charged for calonge and not being able to pick it out then i would like to just cancel my subscription. Can someone please help me, either fix my problem or cancel my subscription. Thank you.
