I made the poor decision of signing up for Scentbird last night that was before I realize your company is ridiculous horrible horrible business first of all I signed up for **** subscription per month somehow I was charged three different times one charge was for $**.** one charge was for $**.** and one charges for $**.** I have no idea how I signed up for one month and was charged three different times and yet the month that I was signing up for for $** I was overcharged for that even I have tried every possible option to reach out to you guys and speak to a human a customer service representative I guess you guys are incapable Of providing your customers with that option. extremely unprofessional to say the least. I will never suggest anybody I know sign up for your website actually I will go above and beyond to make sure everyone i know is aware that your website and I Donely overcharges what they’re asking but then charge you two more times on top of that for God knows what and when you get your credit card statement and you realize you were charged three times and you would like to reach out to speak with someone regarding why this happened good luck because they won’t be able to get in touch with a human or customer service representative you guys make such a big deal about how great separated but you don’t let anybody know that you overcharge and then triple charge and then leave your customers with absolutely no way to speak with somebody about it. I want my subscription canceled I will never give you guys another dime actually I’ll pay you $*** right now and pay all these charges off to go **** yourselves I want my subscription canceled I want the two charges that I did not sign up for for $** and $** I want that taken care of and take it off my card because I never ever signed up to be a part of something that I didn’t pay per month and then get charged twice for what I don’t even know somebody need to get back to me immediately or I will take legal action this is wrong it’s illegal and it’s unprofessional Business at its finest I need someone to get back to me immediately and I will be checking my email every ** minutes to make sure I don’t miss it are you guys capable of doing that in Scentbird as a company capable of Helping one of their customers with an issue that you guys have created For them are you capable of getting back to someone in a timely matter and not have them waiting days to know why they were charge so much money and so many times for something they only supposed to pay for ONCE* something they were told and advertise by your website that they would only have to pay for once per month!!!!!!!
