In general, after you request a refund, it can take up to 7 business days to process. Sometimes, depending on your bank, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the money to appear on your statement. If you've waited longer than this period, and still haven't received your refund, it is recommended to directly contact the SAS Customer Service or get in touch with your bank for an update of your refund status.
