Locator JTKYGH for Janet English. This is a premium economy ticket purchased. When the seating was returned and not confirmed by SAS on the last leg EWR to LAX since it was United. Upon calling United (ua flt ***) I was told the ticket was only economy and the seating would be in economy. This is not acceptable - upon checking in at LAX for the first flight the supervisor checked and said it was premium economy as paid for but the seat definitely is not -I finally was able to talk to a person in Customer Service and he said SAS doesn't claim that their partner airlines will have the same service. My point is that the ticket was paid for the premium seating and the flight from Newark to LAX is as long as that from Stockholm to Newark. Not the way to treat the customer.
