I haven't had T.V. for maybe * months. It's new they refuse to honor warrant that I was told it had by a rep. ... Sanyo reps refuse to honor full * yr warranty on replacement t.v. which I was told would have. Haven't had t.v. * months has bold line from top to bottom of screen. They say it only had * month warranty that was carried over from Emerson t.v. I was lied to by someone. Does Sanyo not stand by their product? I have asked to speak to supervisor & told no. All I want is for T.V . To be fixed. Simple.
No one who answers call will let me talk to supervisor. They are unprofessional. I asked several times to one operator & she refused to transfer me to a supervisor.
