Brand new out of the box Extreme Pro Portable SSD *TB is not functioning as expected.*When I attempt to move a file onto the drive the transfer speed is super low, then it stops completely for several minutes. Then an error message is displayed that reads: "Error *x*******d"**I have attempted to reformat the drive, however it takes longer than a day and little to no progress is made. As of now, I cannot use the drive. I leave in three days to Honduras indefinitely. I have tried to call customer support but could not get through. Time is critical now. Please help.
GetHuman-mbravoco did not yet indicate what SanDisk should do to make this right.
