I've purchased Samsung Monitor (ModelC*F***FHN) a couple of weeks ago to replace my old monitor. Set up was easy enough - plug it into power and HDMI cord into my Dell docking station. Both, my Laptop and monitor screens went black. Also try plug HDMI directly into the laptop ad also tried via GVA. **I called my work IT dept. to find the answer but to no avail. I thought to try Samsung's help before returning the Monitor. **Please contact me @ ***.***.****.*Thanks. *Su-Jin
