Purchased this Samsung A ** in October before that all I own was Samsung. I have been trying to charge my phone for the last * days. using different charges and outlets. My phone is very important to me. *all of my appointments and calls for my elderly parents doctors and personal and business call for myself. This need to be fixed today. I have already been down * days. I can send you the phone but I need one in my hand before I turn this one in. My phone is completely paid for and today Boost will be taking out my monthly payment for service. The way you can solve this in my best interest is to give me another phone while you fix the problem with this one. thank you and i would very much appreciate it.
