Samsung Account Ref: ************I have a Samsung Smart TV. I have not been able to use BBC iPlayer for more than a week. I get a message advising me to update my sofware. I have tried to update my software nearly every day, without any success. I rang Customer Services on **********. The person I spoke to tried to remotely solve the problem, but was unable to do so. I was advised that Samsung is trying to solve the problem and, that my software would automatically be updated in due course. Could you please confirm this is correct. If it is, could you please confirm when this issue will be resolved.
