Dears at Samsung,*My Name is Omar Al Ashqar, am currently having a great issue with Samsung Maintenance Center (BCI) at (Amman, Jordan), which requires a big attention from your side, not just to solve my specific problem but also to prevent this from happening again in the future, as it concerns the credibility of the center not mentioning the reputation of Samsung Mobile specially in the competitive market of this region.*I have had an incident back in January **** with my Galaxy Note * where the screen got broken, so I went to the local Samsung maintenance center here in Jordan that is owned by BCI, and handed my mobile to them, where they replaced the screen and I received the mobile the day after, and they confirmed to me that the mobile is water proof again, as I have stressed on that point.*What happened next is that I put my mobile under water test in the same week, and I discovered that there were a water leak on the rear cameras side, so I returned the mobile to the maintenance center the next day and told them what happened. After testing, they have claimed that the leak was from the sim card compartment where it was not closed entirely, where this was not the case. At the end they cleaned the water but told me that there were some water traces near the board but assured me that the board has not been damaged, and then they gave me back the mobile after testing it, and we did the water test again with no problem and the mobile phone was working normally, but I asked for a board warranty since I wanted a to make sure that no problem would arise, where I was sure that the water leak was their mistake in the first place as they did not install the new screen properly* but the maintenance center manager said that they can’t give a warranty on the board, but they did not charge anything, and apparently they have not recorded this water incident in their customer care system, as I discovered recently, which now make me positive that the water leak was their mistake.*On *********, I brought my galaxy note * into the maintenance center again, as the mobile got some splashes of water and the charging port got wet, and the usual message of “moisture detected” appeared as a notification and prevented me from charging my mobile phone normally but it kept showing for two days, at that time I was charging the phone through wireless charger* so I had to go to the maintenance center and the guy there told me right away that we need to change the charging base! I told him to check the mobile first maybe the port is dirty or still wet, so they received the mobile and for my surprise they called me the next day telling me that the mobile need a new board! All of a sudden, and they want to charge me *** Jordanian Dinars!! *Am extremely angry cause now am suspicious and almost sure that the board were affected the first time and they did not want to replace it, or it had been damaged while they were checking it this time, because I had no problem with my mobile except for the charging port! Is this the reputation that you want to spread about Samsung Maintenance, how poor is that..! *It’s been two weeks now and My mobile phone is still at BCI maintenance center, as I told them not to install the board yet cause am not willing to pay *** JDs for their mistake, additionally I handed them a working mobile phone that only has a problem in charging from the cable, and now I discovered that it’s not working anymore. From what I see, BCI is trying to fool its customers here and they have no consideration for the reputation of the company. *And just a quick note, I have a store that sells mobile phones and accessories so I know a lot about this business, and after having that customer experience I doubt that I will recommend any Samsung mobile for my customers, and you know how feedbacks through word-of-mouth and social networks work in this era.**I need my Galaxy Note * to get fixed free of charge or replaced, as the maintenance center in Jordan is the reason of the problem,
