This appointment took over ** days to get. It was first scheduled for a Friday because I was told the company does not do weekend appointments. So took complete day off of work since I was told I would get a call between *am to **am to let me know when the technician would arrive, and I live one hour away from my work. That day the technician called me and stated they would be there between *-*. I waited for them all day and at *pm I called the service number to ask when they would be there, only to have them tell me that they already came and left. I have a * story house and cannot sit near the door to wait for a knock or doorbell ring. I did have my phone with me in case I didn't hear them knok, however they never gave me the courteousy of calling to let me know they were at my door. THey took a picture of my residence (according to the person on the phone) and left. WHen I called to asked if they could come back she stated that they had already went home for the day and that they could give me a Saturday appointment * weeks later. This puzzled me because I had already been told that they do not do weekend appointments. I told her I couldn't wait that long. I had already spend about $** at the Laundromat and can afford to keep shelling out that kind of money and time week after week. She agreed to give me an appointment on the following Tuesday after *pm. Tuesday at about *am I received at phone call from the service technician that he would be at my house between *:** - *:**pm. Now my husband had to leave work early to get there by that time when I had already set an appointment time of after *pm. I am completely dissatisfied with this experience and after already having to go through the dissatisfaction on purchasing a faulty washer, I thought maybe I would be given good customer service, but unfortunately I was once again disappointed. I am starting to lose faith in your company. As a family with several Samsung appliances I'm sad this has occurred and that we may need to chose another brand in the future. Thank you for your time.
