We purchased a **" Samsung TV in Nov **** (manufacture date Aug ****) for approximately $****. The LED panel has failed and the cost to repair is nearly what the TV initially cost. We want a replacement TV. Please note that we own the following Samsung products: * TVs, * sound bar, large refrigerator, gas stove*oven, microwave, **" tablet, and * smart phones (and have owned * others in previous years). We'd like to continue our relationship with Samsung but need to know you stand behind your products. I have initiated phone contact with Samsung and am waiting for a call back from a case manager but would be delighted to have this issue addressed by someone empowered to act.
