Placed an order on Nov **rd. DTD*D**QB. Since then I have not heard back from Samsung about shipping status. *I opened a ticket on eCommerce, ******* and ******* for information. Since then I have called twice and been told that Samsung has no further update*information and to wait for my order. *I have tried tracking the package but both UPS and USPS state that the info from Samsung logistics is incorrect. If I can track with UPS and USPS why can't Samsung do the same or reship my order. *I received an S* phone from you within two days, what's happened since then?*I have also emailed to eCommerce that if I do not hear something by **:**MDT today I will cancel the order, call the credit company and recind my payment. **C.
