Hi*My name is John Gray*Phone number ***********Ref number ***********We feel we are being messed around with our television *Claim *Samsung told us this would be fixed under warranty even though the warranty period had expired *Then we were told after * visits by the technician it is in the hands of a case manager because the problem could not be fixed with the view maybe a replacement or money back *No decision as to weather we would get either *How ever today I was told I refused service on the said television *We have never refused service *So with that I’ve been told today that you are sending the technician out again to fix it again *In the meantime we are sitting at home with a faulty product and we are so frustrated because we feel we are getting the run around *Please can this matter be resolved we are quite elderly and are stressed out *Samsung told us it ca be fixed then we’re told it can’t be fixed and it needs to be replaced *Thanks for your time *Regards John***********
