THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED. I WAITED * WKS. SAMSUNG AGREED TO SWAP THE PHONE AT THE STORE. NO *, **** I CALLED HEADQURTERS * FULL HR & NOTHING. I MUST HAVE MY PHONE: CONDITIONS OF MY JOB & I HAVE A CHILD WITH SPEACIAL NEEDS SO SEPERATION FROM MY PHONE FOR * WKS LEAVES ME UNEMPLOYEED & NO ACCESS TO MY SPECIAL NEEDS SON, SCHOOL OR SITTER. THE GALAXY S* IS NOT IN STOCK. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL... I ASKED FOR THE UPGRADE WHICH IS GS* OR GS*, SINCE THE S* IS OUTDATED, WHICH AT&T SUGGESTED PREVIOUSLY. NO ONE HAS HELPED ME. U BREAK* I FIX IS DOING FAR MORE THAN ANYONE AT THIS MOMENT. I WAS TOLD TO SEND IN PHONE AGAIN AFTER BEING APPROVED FOR THE SWAP. SAMSUNGS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY EXPIRES IN FEBRUARY ****. HAD I NOT CHANGED PROVIDERS AT&T WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN ME THROUGH THIS TORMENT. PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU
