My Galaxy S& that is till under warranty has been brought in to Sprint for repair *x due to NO MOBILE CONNECTIVITY. I was now on phone with your customer support in India for over ** mns and guess what they disconnected me and have not called back on my work phone. They told me that if I want phone fixed I have to send in and with no loaner available. I have no landline and I travel for work. I cannot be without phone. After *x I want a new S*. I have had many Samsung phones & never a problem. I am still paying on this phone. My wish is to have Samsung stand behind their product and not tell me that they are sorry that a loaner cannot be given to me while phone is being repaired. In this day and age, when people rely on cell phones, with no other means of communication this is the response your reps give. Ms. AnnMarie Muscardin
