I got samsung approval to replace my broken tv two month ago . But up to now still waiting and called samsung customer service to check and still getting the same answer is sorry just wait for them to call and inform when the new tv is ready. I called every week and they keep answer the same thing wait and wait. I dont know how long i can wait . It been nearly * months now. So disappointed with thier service and keep lying to customer
