I pre-ordered two Note * devices from AT&T on the AT&T website which made me eligible for the AKG Wireless headsets. I proceeded to submit the order form and everything went fine order was processed and shipped. Come time delivery the item was rejected by my delivery center in which I called FedEx to confirm what happen. They advised me that the item was in appropriately addressed. My delivery center address has a unit number listed but they said the unit number was not present on the post it only included the address and my name which then without a unit number they are unable to deliver it to me. My two tracking numbers are *************** and *************** which has not been returned to sender. I have contacted your customer service and promotions department and have gotten no resolve. I am contacting you in regards to getting this issue rectified as the postage not including the unit number was too, no error of mine. I would gladly accept coupon codes for Samsung.com if that's an option instead of waiting for the headsets to be back in stock if they are backordered.
GetHuman-shaunw did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
