GetHuman-ljbrenn's customer service issue with Samsung from September 2018
Help with my Samsung issue
The issue in GetHuman-ljbrenn's own words
I recently switched to Boost, from Verizon and purchased a Samsung Galaxy J* Perx. I've had trouble with my phone, poor signal, and very poor customer service from Boost Mobile and Samsung. I've had to quit using my *phone because it would disconnect calls, or cut in & out making it very difficult to use. I’ve spent numerous hours on the phone with customer service from Boost & Samsung, being passed around trying to resolve the issues. I've mailed it back to you and it's actually worse. Now the keyboard doesn't work half the time. I have to beat on the key *-* times to type * letter. I've done all that you’ve asked and I just want to get this resolved, please. *Everything should be documented so I shouldn't have to repeat what the problems are and what has been done to my phone. *I've loved my Tab. A & my old Galaxy S* from Verizon. I’ve done research and it sounds like the S* is comparable to S*. Is there anyway I could get a Galaxy S* that would be able to work with any provider? And can I afford it? I can give you back the J* if you want. I’m disabled and I can't keep trying to get this taken care of. It's overwhelming.*Please help resolve the issues ASAP. My email & voicemail does not work correctly, so please respond by text, a letter, or a phone call. If I need to respond, please give me time. *Lori*Lori Brenneman ***-***-*****Jeff Brenneman ***-***-********* Ridge Road*Delphos, Ohio ******my email:*ljbrenn****yahoo.com ******@***.com
