Hi all**i need ur help as im very disappointed with the Samsung service centre . as have replaced my phone Samsung mobile J-* from ur service centre but having the issue from the day have replaced my display from them . actually i have been facing the issue with my phone display coming out due to improper attachment .So when have asked for the issue which i was going through they have just pasted my phone display again without knowing the reason . *and after that again have found the same problem on my phone and they did the same process they have just pasted my phone display very casually . without knowing the reason that why the phone display coming out . *and after that again i have faced the same issue that my phone display coming out almost **% from the phone body . and this time they have properly attached my phone but after * days i were unable to see any thing on my cell phone display .and when i have informed my problem then they have given some senseless and shocking information they have asked me to change my display again with rupees of **** again . when i asked them i came to u * time then why dint u inform the same issue at that time when my phone display was in warranty period. now they asking my again **** rupees .with no reason . **see Cohen i don't know u are right person or not but what ever the best email id i found on the Samsung site i selected and emailed .it would be great help if u will look in to this ask them to change my phone display without charging any thing . i know this must be small and very petty issue for u but not for me . as i have now fault in this case this is not matter of **** buck it the matter of the Samsung faith which im carrying with me from past almost * years . i have * mobile with Same Samsung comp. and if will face this issue then will never turned in to this company again for sure. **regards
