Re: Ticket Number ***********It's been over one month and I still have NO resolution regarding my refrigerator exchange that was approved on July **th. The appliance distributor (Alma) only received a partial credit (****.**) which is short of the $****.** replacement cost. I've called over ** times to no avail. The refrigerator was deemed un-repairable (sealed system) on July **th. Deplorable customer service
GetHuman-komk did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
