My wife and I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer we bought them June fourth **** the units were not delivered until June **th **** the wash machine has not worked right from day one the service department said that they would not fix our brand new washing machine because we have it in our salon we had one of your service technicians come out and said that it has a broken part on it nowhere in our conversation with the salesperson stipulated that you would not cover this unit because we have it in our salon. We have been Samsung customers for years we have a lot of your products never have I dealt with such ridiculous people on the phone. We have contacted JCPenney's the store which we bought the units from they are trying to resolve this because we also bought the *-year extended warranty plan with them. My wife and I are really hoping that we can resolve this without going to court. All we want is this resolved. We feel like we were sold a bad bill of goods.
