Dear Samsung I am very disappointment in your product three years ago I spent $**** on a Samsung refrigerator because I wanted the best, to me that was a lot of money but I needed a dependable refrigerant that would last me a few years, and I thought this would be the one * The salesman talked me into buying an extended warranty I thought it would be silly because a refrigerator that cost this kind of money should last longer than three years but I did it anyway, well guess what * month after the extended warranty ended my refrigerator broke it no longer cools the freezer works but the refrigerator does not cool and I can’t afford to fix it.* I really expected more from a Samsung. I just had to get this off my chest
