We bought a Samsung refrigerator ****. The ice maker was replaced ***** and again ****. No one ever returned any of my calls about this problem and I spoke to approximately * different representatives. I had to call daily and was told I could possibly get a full refund. Then Friday the tone changed and I was told this would be an onsite replacement - that Samsung didn't do refunds any longer. There is an obvious problem with the ice maker. I feel a full refund is in order as you clearly have a flawed product on the market. It is very disappointing to see the lack of customer service from your company.
GetHuman841867 did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
