I OWN A GS* * IT WAS ADVERTISED TO BE WATER PROOF*RESISTANT , FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME I SHOOT AN UNDER WATER VIDEO FOR ** *SECONDS AND NOW SCREEN IS BLACK, I TOOK THE DEVICE TO TMOBILE AND I WAS TOLD HAS WATER DAMAGE. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE A DEVICE YOU GUYS ADVERTISE TO BE RESISTANT TO WATER HAS WATER DAMAGE M WHEN MY PHONE IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION. NO MORE THAN * FEET OF WATER AND ** SECONDS LATER PHONE DOESNT WORK, NOW YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME $***.** TO FIX SOMETHING THAT OBVIOUSLY DOESNT PERFORMED THE WAY YOU ADVERTISE. I THINK I SHOULDNT BE PAYING ANYTHING IF WORKS THE WAY YOU DESCRIBED . FROM YOUR DECISION I WILL MAKE MINE TO KEEP BYING YOUR PRODUCTS , I HAVE A SOUND BAR, ** INCH CURVED TV , I ENJOY YOUR PRODUCTS. LETS SEE HOW YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR CUSTOMER
GetHuman-hectoral did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
