I purchased a Samsung WA***P JHDWR Washer as well as a matching dryer on ******* from Lowe's Home Center, Inc at *** Cleveland Crossing Drive, Garner NC *****. At the same time I also purchased a * yr major appliance extended warranty for both items.**About a month ago my washer began to repeat the rinse*spin cycle. I did some research and discovered there has been a recall on the washer. Because of this recall my extended warranty won't honor any type of repair.**I've been dealing with the recall support center and they have told me there in no one in my area to fix the problem & the only solution is a $** rebate. I find this completely unacceptable. I have also talked to a family member who had the same problem with her washer & she lives in another city & state. She got the same response* they have no one in the area to fix the problem.**I find it hard to believe that Samsung has built a defective product & believes that $** is an acceptable solution. I have already spent $** on wa****ng clothes at my local laundromat. I am so very upset! I ***ure you I will never purchase another Samsung product & will make sure that everyone I can reach is aware of this terrible experience.
I trust that Samsung will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
