The issue in GetHuman-cymp's own words
I purchased a samsung *plus in April ****. I have since then had to have this phone replaced four times due to manufacturer problems. Today I spoke to two different agents from samsung and neither of them could help me. on was a supervisor who said that he would transfer me to someone else, in reality he transferred me to the survey line. Not professional at all. I am tired of having to waste my time to get a phone replaced that I am paying a lot of money for. I have several phone lines on my account and all of which are samsung. I feel that your company has not compensated and refuses to give me an honest response.
GetHuman-cymp did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
