My name is Carolyn James, I purchased the Samsung on March **th, ****, I also purchased the Samsung bundle charger pack, on March **, the battery pack wire broke, I called your the samsung customer service, I was told to mail it back, I received the mailing information and took the item to a ups store to either have it repaired or replaced, well it is now May **th and I have not yet received my battery pack, I've called samsung on several different occasions to find out the status. I was giving several ticket numbers, I was told to email the receipt for proof of purchase, which I've done, * times already, the last time I called was today, I am getting real tired of the BULLSHIT AND THE RUN AROUND, I work in a call center so I know how it works, I used to have so much faith in Samsung, I only purchase your products, I have only purchased Samsung products since my mother purchased her first television when I was a small child.**Can I please either get a new charger pack, or my money for my purchase????
