I worked for * days for Samsung in Newberry, SC. I came through Hire Dynamics. I started working upstairs with Sung. She was very unprofessional and she didnt know how to talk to anyone. Last Sunday I received a call from Hire Dynamics stating for me to ask for Jake because I will be training as a scanner. Sung came to work hours later and she screamed my name from the top of the stairs telling me I need to come upstairs to train with her for the dock in, dock out position. Today, when she came to work, she asked me to scan and I talked to her letting her know that I can not work in a position I was never trained for. She sat me down at a desk in front of the dock while other employees can hear our discussion. She said you can either just do the scanning position for $** hour because other employees scan and dock in and out for $**.** per hour. I said Sung, that's very unprofessional to discuss someones salary. Next thing I know, she walks away telling me shes calling a manager. Afterwards, I received a call from Hire Dynamics to come to their office. I got there and Jayme took my badges and vest. I texted Sungs phone and this is the message:*Wowwww Sung!!!! After all my hard work without the proper training, you called Carla on me. You know you was wrong. You gave me half sheet of how to do a job. I greatly appreciate you doing that. What you should've done is told her how you talked to me, throw your hand up to me, and how you discussed everyone's pay rate and I told you that was inappropriate. You know I worked hard and did everything you asked of me. Shaking my head. I just pray you get it together for your team because there's no way possible Samsung will be able to bring a hard working employee in and you end their assignment because you don't know how to talk to anybody or train them.
