Recently bought a Samsung washer and dryer for $***.** each under a promotion that gave a $***.** rebate on purchases of $****.** or more. The next day received a coupon for **% off any purchase and returned to the store receiving **% off total purchase (We had bought other items as well) Our rebate was denied stating that we did not pay $****.** for the pair. I see the point, but the price of the pair was $****.**, the store gave a **% discount, not Samsung. I presently own * Samsung televisions that I have purchased over the years and just purchased a Samsung *K QLED tv. I buy Samsung products because I like them and have found them to be reliable over the years. I am disappointed that the circumstances here would cause my rebate claim to be denied. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks you.
