To whom it may concern,***On ** September **** I bought a Samsung A* **** SM-A***FZDAEUR model mobile phone (IMEI IN: *************** JN:*******) from Athens, Greece. *Within the first week I had problems with the phone. It could not successfully run applications, I could not edit my photos and I could not make video calls using bluetooth earphones. I called Samsung Greece ** times, with no logical solution. I was told to buy another pair of Bluetooth earphones to fix the problem. I did, but the problem persisted (this includes all the above mentioned issues). **I returned the phone to Samsung Greece * times. **On ** October **** I returned my phone to Samsung Greece, where they ran a diagnostic test and found nothing wrong with the phone. **The problems continued to persist.**On ** March **** I returned my phone to Samsung Greece, who ran another diagnostic test. This time it was found that the motherboard was faulty. Samsung Greece replaced the motherboard with a new one. **However, the problem still continued to persist. In actual fact it was worse, with phone apps still not running properly and unsuccessful video calls.**On ** April **** I returned the phone only to be told that my phone is working as it should, and nothing is wrong with it.**I have wasted endless hours trying to rectify these problems, but the Samsung Greece policy makes it impossible to do so. **The phone is still under warranty, and this issue needs to be attended to. **I have always purchased Samsung phones in the past, and never had any issues, they have been solid reliable phones. I hope this continues into the future because if this issue is not rectified I will not purchase another Samsung product again. In fact I will never recommend a Samsung product to anyone - to avoid the problems I have experienced.**Thank you very much for your attention, I await your response.
