I've a terrible experience at the store located at *** Washington St, New York, NY *****. I have a Samsung Galaxy S* that the back was cracked and I had no Samsung store available in my location to fix it so I got it fixed by a third party. Unknown to me a couple months later and new Samsung store will be opening in my area, and so was I found out that there is a new store I went to get a battery change but because my phone was fixed by a third-party I couldn't get a battery change while on warranty. I'm as confused as upset as to what to do when I have a Samsung phone for over ** years and this incident happens and I can't even have a store fix my phone to retrieve my data. Something has to be done about this there's no point of having a store if they aren't able to fix whatever issues we have
