The issue in GetHuman-pinelake's own words
I purchased a ZUS backup camera from the Sam's Club warehouse store on the east side of Knoxville, Tennessee on May *th ****. Transaction code **** ****-**** **** **** *. Within * months the backup camera failed to function. I contacted ZUS customer support and after they determined it was defective they sent me a replacement. Within three months the replacement camera failed to function. When I contacted the ZUS customer service department requesting a refund of my purchase price they said that they would be happy to send me another replacement but not a refund because it was not purchased directly through them. Because of the unreliability of their product I am leery * proceed with a third backup camera product. I would like your advice as to how to proceed. I have documentation of whatever you need. I am sure that Sam's Club needs to be aware when products fail to meet standards. Sincerely, Kathy Francisco ***-***-****
