I buy at Sams Club in Dublin, Ohio where I have been a member since day * you opened. my card * on my receipt is************ it is under Larry Burchfield and Cedarbrook Nurseries inc. I think I spen somewhere between **K and ** K a year there. I know most of your employees. But the issue is as follows: I bought a member Mark grill from there scratched and damaged, the tag said. I tried to put it together, I couldn't, I am ** yrs old. So as ask for the help of my son. The grill new is I beleve $***.** the original damaged price was around $***.**, no big deal! My son said where did you get it cannot put together there are parts missing. It has been setting out in front of my garden center still partially in a box for a while because it cannot be fixed to work without the missing parts. So I go into Sams today and low and behold there is the same grill, another on damaged for $***.**. I asked about it said my situation, could it be bought cheaper, since I just needed mparts foer the damaged on I bought. They got me the Manager, name I thinl Ron, I dont know but he does! could he help me on the price. He asked if I had a receipt for mine? I buy there * to * times a week, and I do not keeep my receipts, besides I dont need to because I put them on my Sams charge card. Well I cannot do anything without a receipt! Well about this time I am getting very upset. Either look it up on my card history because I wpuld not have a receipt!Well if we cannot make a deal and it is a Members Mark grill then without a receipt you are telling me either I did not buy it here, or I stold It! I own my Garden Center hav ebeen in business for ** yrs and if a customer, a good on who spends ** K with me every year and he has a proble, I will do whatever he wants right now, because I want to keep his business! So I left and at *:** tonight I went back to my store picked the grill and took it and put it on the front cement of the store. Ask for the Manager John or whoever he was and showed him the grill, and asked him is this Member Mark grill yours, Sams? He said well what do you want me to do since you dont have a receipt? Here we go again, If you would have been smart me as a very good customer you would have given me a further discount on the grill or now exchaged the other damaged one for the one I got from you with missing parts. I did not buy anew one (it was damaged( so i am not asking for a new one. At that point I said you are not a very good manager and herre is my Sams card, I do not want to do business with you anymore, I will spend my money somewhere else! Its a lot to loose without thinking about the possible results! I would not hire him in my busie*ness!
