They had NO IDEA what I was talking about even though I showed them my voucher from LivingSocial. She flipped through a very large binder of offers and found nothing. She said give it some time to see if I get my $**. **Nothing happened. I called Sam's Club customer service -- was on the phone with them FOREVER and got nowhere. Horrible experience.**This has been at the back of my mind bothering me all these months and I would like this resolved now. I would like a $** gift card sent to me asap. I also want my $*** in instant savings " loaded onto my membership card" as promised.**If it is not possible for you to honor the terms of the agreement I purchased I would like a refund of the $** I paid for this membership.**Thank you.
