The issue in GetHuman-sarbeeny's own words
I purchased an Apple Watch on ****** at the Brandon Store in Florida and was given an empty box. The watch was for my husband's birthday on *******.**On ******* I contacted the store where it was purchased and received the worst customer service ever! I waited an hour for them to look at the camera for a call back. That never happened. I had to call them back and was informed that "they owe me an Apple Watch". I asked them to have the watch shipped and Ashley, the manager, saids she had to check on the protocol on shipping the item.**I never heard back for (*) days, I had to call back on Saturday, ****, and spoke to a Dave, another manager, and he stated "oh, I thought it was taken care of". Obviously, it was not and he took down my shipping information and stated it will be fedexed to me for arrival on Tuesday. **He informed me that he will contact me with the fedex tracking number and that was never done. **I am beyond frustrated at this point, since it's Tuesday, and the watch has not arrived.

GetHuman-sarbeeny did not yet indicate what Sam's Club should do to make this right.
