The issue in GetHuman-elainejp's own words
get into my account but won't let me. Now decided to cancel this one and set up a new account with new passwords etc ... I am profoundly deaf and cannot use the phone. I want to resurrect my Sainsbury online shopping account and would need to change the email address from when I opened it in ****. I last ordered from my current address in **** then moved to personal shopping as I like to see round the shelves. Now had to give up driving so need to have my account activated. Can you help please, I am not very good on the internet**I don't remember my latest user name and password ut it used to be robbie alf and bright The email was *****@***.com and now needs to have a j added in the middle so now is *****@***.com
I keep being told to phone which I can't do as deaf Had to give up driving so need online shop
Shutting down this account and letting me start up a brand new one
First joined in **** Changed address in **** not used since **** as preferred store visits
Several hours spent trying to get access to my account but absolutely no luck May have to shop in another store
