Just trying to answer the phone is a problem and the phone does not keep a charge very long. I don't need any more problems than these two issues.. ... I have been having problems with my safelink phone for months now and being disabled and this safelink phone being my only phone, I really need a phone that works. My phone is not holding a charge for very long. It is like I have my phone on the charger more than I use it. I need my phone to be able to call my doctors when I need them. Is there anyway I can be sent a new phone that works? I really need this service. I called Safelink earlier regarding this issue, and was told to check my battery, then call back. I did and then they told me to shut off my phone and they would call me back, but as of yet I have not heard from them. I really need this lifeline phone. Please help me to get a new phone. Thank you for any help you can give me.*I no longer get an icon of a receiver to click on when my phone rings. It takes several steps to get to an incoming call and many times I miss my calls and have to call the caller back. This is just not acceptable at all as far as how a phone should work. I was told I have to wait until December until I can be issued another phone. I just hope this phone does not come up with other issues and last until then.
I no longer get an icon of a receiver to answer my phone and there are too many things I have to do to get to answer a call, if the caller does not hang up before I get to them. The fact that the phone does not keep a charge for any length of time. That is an issue that makes using the phone at times an issue.
They could make it right if they could give me a new phone now with this pandemic going on and not have me wait until December to get a replacement, but I don't see that happening.
I have been a customer for several years and I really need a cell phone that works properly, being disabled. I live alone and do not have a landline or other phone. This is my only phone and I need one that works, but I guess everything depends on when it is my time to get a new phone, it doesn't matter if the phone I have is no good.
I have called and sent messages regarding the problems with my phone, but I am told I can not get a new phone until December ****, so there is nothing more I can do but just wait.
