I lost my phone on May **, ****. When I called safelink customer service to report it and request a replacement phone the first person I spoke with found me in the system and then started trying to sell me a new phone. I told him I needed a replacement phone and he tried to tell me safelink does not provide replacement phones but I was looking at the website that says they do so I asked to speak to his supervisor..by the time I got to the supervisor I had somehow become disenrolled. I was unaware I was up for renewal as I received no notices on my phone like I have on the past. I was using the phone right up to the time it was lost. Then I was told the fastest way to get a phone was to get reenrolled which I agreed to but when I was told that I would need to wait *-** days just to receive a form to fill out I asked whether I could apply faster online and upload documents and was told that I could do that and it would be faster. We ended the call.*I got online to begin the process and got a notification that because I had been disenrolled I would not be eligible to re-enroll for ** days.*I was enrolled by my AHCCCS Mercy Care case manager.As a part of my disability, I need to have access to a phone. *Is it possible to resolve this? *My name is Jennifer Lynch*My safelink phone number is****-***-****
