Safelink suspended my Lifeline service, apparently for not using it. The problem is that it isn't correct. I use it constantly. It's my only phone. But no big deal, right? I can have it reactivated in minutes by calling customer service (according to Safelink). Except it isn't true. I've called SIX TIMES in ** hours. I leave my number for a return call that never comes! Next I tried staying on hold for the next available rep. After a few minutes, it just disconnects. I checked the site for eligibility status. I called the local DHS who also confirmed my good standing. Now I just want to switch carriers and be done with Safelink. How can I do that (as if anyone connected with Safelink will even SEE this, much less respond.)
GetHuman-haterbai did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
