My safelink phone worked fine for years, then the signal started getting very bad. Had to go out in the middle of the back yard to make a call. I got another phone and switched to that. still same problem. Now that phone is broken, wont even turn on! I got another phone and wanted to switch to that , but when i gave the SIM * and IMEI * to the agent , she told me she could not do it because it was not a track phone! I can not afford another phone !! I have health issues and desperately need a phone. I am approved for a safelink phone through the goerment . please just send me a new phone,, any kind of phone that works!! Thinking bout calling the better buissness buero or a local news chanel for help.
