I have an issue with OTP for my NRO account at the Mansa (*****) branch.*On my account it was my UK’s. When I visited India, I changed my phone number to a temporary Indian number.*I returned bank to the UK in March ****.*Ever since I have been trying to change the my number on the account to the UK number. I have written various emails to my branch. But no success.*They suggested I can start getting OTP by emails, but now they have informed me that OTP by emails has been suspended from December **.**I am not happy as I can’t access my account online.**Would you please advise how I should access my account.**Kind Regards**Narinder Jassal
