The issue in GetHuman-asabitsc's own words
**VLithium *Ah battery is NOT properly charging. (* of * segments are lit, then charging stops). When in the charger, the "power indicator on the charger is red, and does not turn green. When battery is seated in the mower, it will not start the mower and all * of the charge indicators are black. Even the * that were green when not connected to the mower. Do I have a defective battery ? It was purchased *-* weeks ago and is used to mow no more than weekly.

GetHuman-asabitsc did not yet indicate what Ryobi should do to make this right.
