I bought a gdo*** about a year ago. It took me * months to get the wifi part working correctly. An extended power failure left me with just the car remotes that work now. I reset and restared everything in my house and the wifi procedure does not work. It say there is no internet with my wifi. Not true, my lap top and phone right next to the opener work fine. I deinstalled the app and reinstalled and now I can't even log into the opener. Its says my sign in information is not assigned. It also will not let me open a new account. I called tech support * hours ago and no one returned my call. Whomever wrote you ap program needs the be drowned. Shooting them in too fast, drowning takes longer.Your customer service is about as bad. Why do you sell a product with known problems and then refuse to talk to the people who were dumb enough to buy your products?????????????
