Good morning,*My * year old son received the Ryobi monster truck for Xmas. In less then ** minutes the rear axle snapped. We were able to zip tie and glue it together until I could order replacement parts (invoice * ********)*After waiting ** days and paying * dollars for shipping for a ** dollar part it still does not work correctly. *At this point after spending countless hours glueing, zip tying and ordering parts to get here I would like to replaced. I do not have a receipt as this was a present purchased for Xmas. Please let me know how you can help proceed. I am happy to send pics. **Thanks,*Jason Aucoin ****-***-****
