I have all Ryobi tools. I have * of the old batteries that still take a charge. I have * lithium batteries * that stopped charging * months ago. It's the ONE* **V, light and dark grey with the Fuel Gague on the front. HD say its not under warranty. It was not dropped or misused. Very clean battery. They won't stand behind it and they tell me that neither will Ryobi. All of my tools are Ryobi, and I have many...many, and it seems silly to lose a good customer over a stupid battery. Just crazy that all of the older batteries are still going strong. Your batteries are not cheap and I would like this one replaced.
GetHuman-rick_rug did not yet indicate what Ryobi should do to make this right.
