I was cutting a pine board ... Some bolts or nuts or screws inside the saw came loose
I was almost seriously injured. The plastic guard hit the blade and the plastic flew everywhere. One went right by my neck and stuck into a pine door about *". I would have been killed if it had hit me in the head or throat.
When I shut it off, a few screws or bolts and nuts fell out on the ground. Nothing you could see from the outside that was coming loose. I refuse to use the saw without the guard. It looks widked. I dont know but Ive got to have a saw that i can use. If I shipped it back, there would probably be weeks I couldnt work. What do you suggest?
