I booked a return flight on Ryanair for my daughter to spend Christmas with me and her dad, here in Spain. She couldn't board the outward flight as her PCR test had not come through on time. I am trying to cancel the return part to Manchester on *th January but can't get into my booking. It says I used an OTA but it was Skyscanner, and I was transferred direct to the Ryanair site to book the flight. How can I cancel this return flight and claim a refund?
